    A.J. LeMay grew up in Wyandotte, Michigan. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Photography and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast & Cable Productions from Western Michigan University. She currently lives and works in Kalamazoo, Michigan. A.J. believes a finished product is just as important as the technical means that the image was created with. She shoots almost entirely in 35mm slide film and converts these photographs into Polaroid and Fuji Emulsion Transfers. Her classic photographs reflect the innate and sometimes ornate details of her travels, adventures, and everyday life.

    Small Objects Jewelry is a one-woman handmade jewelry smorgasbord hailing from Ann Arbor, MI. Originally a glass artist, Mary Kate Walker has since started dabbling in other materials - gemstones, resin, wire, even feathers! Mary Kate has been making pretty things for as long as she can remember. She participated in last year's South University Art Fair (in Ann Arbor) and has sold at several smaller sales and boutiques, but has never been a vendor at a music festival!

    Hi my name is Heather and I heart zippers. I am a full time working, married, mother of a beautiful boy named Benjamin. I work in a jail, as a therapist, with individuals that battle from issues related to drugs and alcohol. This career choice came after growing up in a family of addiction. I have a very stressful job and have learned over the years that it is important for me to have some form of release. My creative mind allows to express myself while making others smile and keeping the earth GREEN all at the same time!

    I use the finest glycerin bases,butters, oils, and herbs to insure a safe and natural product for your skin! There are no animal fats used in my glycerin soap. All of my soaps are made in small batches to insure freshness in moisture and fragrance. I take a personal approach in giving each and every bar my TLC to insure I create something I can stand behind and be proud of!

    Although the name is new, we began selling in the summer of 2006 as an Ebay store under the name, VENUS IN VINTAGE. We mostly offered women's vintage clothing & accessories but are now adding men's vintage clothing, housewares, & collectibles to the shop.

  • Underground Art
    Born in El Paso, raised in Michigan, moved to California, and back to Michigan, Crystal O. is a self taught folk / moonshiner artist. Painting under her "moniker," Dupri Mangeldorf, she boldly expresses messages, as in her 'dear peoplesTM series. Dupri also created the character, "Little Moogie ™" as this was (and still is) her daughter's nick-name.



  • Underground Printing
    The story of Underground Printing really started in 1992. That's when UGP co-founders Rishi Narayan and Ryan Gregg met in 6th grade. Hundreds of pickup basketball games and several broken eyeglasses later, they became best friends, paving the way for the creation of the Underground Printing we know now.



  • Woolly Mammoth Design
    Woolly Mammoth Design (WMD) began in the fall of 2007 as a project for an independent study in Apparel Construction at Western Michigan University. The goal of WMD was to create a line of clothing and toys made almost completely out of recycled and upcycled materials. The products are designed to be socially and environmentally conscious while inspiring a sense of joy and whimsy.

    I am an artist, photographer, and general crafty-type, who enjoys combining painting, paper, photographs and bits of stuff found along the way. My handmade origami wallets are one-of-a-kind creations made using traditional origami folding techniques, recycled materials, and a lot of love.

Located in the Park Trades Center, we host monthly exhibitions including group, solo, and juried shows. Exquisite Corpse works to educate and enlighten our audience while providing Kalamazoo and others with a progressive art experience.

We're Kalamazoo's Arts magazine, and we love to see your face in person and in print.
